Arrangements will be made for your containers to be picked up by one of our carriers or delivered to our facility via one of your carriers. Once your containers are received at our location, we make an evaluation as to the severity of the damage and whether or not each container can be repaired. Your containers that are repairable will be washed, repaired, and stenciled if necessary. Once the containers have undergone our complete refurbishing process, arrangements will be made for delivery to your specified location. The non-repairable containers can be taken care of by the following methods:

1. We will ship the container(s) back to you for a $10.00 per bin freight charge.

2. We will dispose of the container at no cost to you.

3. We will allow the unusable containers to be traded in at fair market value based on current regrind resin prices per pound on a new Fibertech container.

So that we may continue to be competitive and cost-effective for our customers, we ask that when possible, at least 10 containers be sent to us.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE PROGRAM

The pricing of our service program is very simple. The cost to repair all bins big or small with light or severe damages is one low price. All materials, labor, and freight to repair containers are included in the price. There are no hidden costs.
