Custom Projects

We specialize in the design and manufacture of customized containers and pallets for those applications where the standard container or pallet will not fit the need.

From concept to design and actual manufacturing process, we work with our customers to find timely, economical solutions for any situation.

Our engineering department uses the latest 3D technology to create and test prototype designs prior to any tooling production.  We have the expertise to fabricate metal, aluminum, or stainless steel molds to produce either a rotational molded or vacuumed formed part.

Tri-wall Cardboard boxes (2 sizes) were once used at this customers facility to store parts staged for assembly.  Working together we designed a tool that would create both sizes of storage containers. (shown in pictures below)
